How do I make my macaw stop regurgitating for me?

Every time I play with him he has to regurgitate for me. I know it's a mating thing and it's because he loves me, but I'm really getting tired of it. It's discusting and I'm tired of having to clean it up all the time because it makes me want to throw up lol. So does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this behavior? Thanks
