I am so angry with my friend's family whom are dog breeders but i dont know what to say. help??

The very first thing I would do is report the situation to SPCA in your area, or Animal Welfare. Correction of the situation has to start somewhere, and why not with you? Do the standup thing and make that first phone call to whatever agency you have in your area. Stand up for what you believe.
