My ears are driving me mad please help!?

Okay so i went to my high schools sweetheart dance this previous Saturday and i perforated both of my eardrums. Sunday and Monday i had a fever of 102 and I've already had both flu shots, the H1N1 and influenza. I woke up yesterday morning and both my ears hurt terribly, so i went to my doctor. She prescribed me an antibiotic , and up until now I've been taking two 200mg ibuprofen every 6 hours to keep my fever down, and to lessen the pain in my ears. My problem is this: Since I woke up at 4am this morning, my ears have been ringing constantly- as if you got slapped in the face really hard and your cant hear anything but a high-pitched ring. That kind of ringing. I cannot get it to go away, no matter what I do, and its driving me nuts. They're ringing as I type this. I looked it up and it said it can be caused by ibuprofen and antibiotics. Do I stop taking the ibuprofen? Someone please help! Thanks in advance.
