Ex-bf vandalized car. what can i do to make him pay?

If you have PROOF that he did it he will have to cover the damages. Keep in mind in court proof isn't I know he did it because he hates me. You need to have saw him do it and even better have a witness who saw it as well. If he did this you need to get a protective order against him asap. The judge will find it hard to believe he did these things and you DIDN'T call the police. Once you get back you can get a police report but it won't look good it didn't take place on the day of the incident. Good luck
