EMERGENCY! Axolotl help! They keep dyeing.?

Have you been overfeeding them or underfeeding them? Also, Axolotls are carnivores, which means they eat meat, not bloodworms. I would recommend feeding them earthworms, crickets or tiny pieces of meat which is their diet. if you see uneaten food in the water, remove immediatley, for the axolotls will become sick, and i believe that is your problem.
