How does court ordered community service work?

In December I was given ARD probation in pa. One of the conditions of it are 100 hours of community service. I plan on spending it doing work for a Buddhist monk in a temple. The thing is it has been almost 4 months since I was put on the program and I have never heard from a probation officer. I have even contacted them with no response. I am really not sure what I am supposed to do. Would I have the monk right down the time I work and signature it?
