Looking for a miniature puppy to adopt or if its for free please?

Try going to a shelter and looking around for a dog that suits you and your family? Take your kids with you when you go, have an idea of want you want in a dog. Do you want him to be calm? Good around other animals? People? You CANNOT get a free dog. I may not cost you anything to get the dog but you will have to spend money on vet bills, food, toys, dishes etc. And with a shelter dog you know more about the dogs temperament than if you got a free dog from some stranger who just want to pawn of a "problem" dog. You don't know if they are telling you the truth about the dog. With a shelter they do not want to see that dog homeless again and would be more honest than some random person.
