The extensive list is divided into 5 sub categories which include fundamental freedoms, democratic rights, mobility rights, legal rights and equality rights. Fundamental freedoms includes freedom of religion, ociation and others. Democratic rights is the right to vote for citizens in parliamentary elections , Mobility rights which is the right to enter or leave Canada, Legal rights which include right to life, rights on arrest and others and Equality rights which includes freedom from discrimination and equality before the law.
